Ingredients
For Kanda Batata Bhaji
- 0.27 Julienne Cup Onion, big
- 1/3 Julienne Cup Potato
- 1 Chopped Tsp Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 Tsp Rai
- 1/4 Tsp Jeera
- 1/4 Powder Tsp Red Chilli
- 1/4 Tsp Haldi
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 30 ml Water
Method
Preparation
Step 1
Take a kadhai and heat oil in it
Step 2
Add jeera, rai and allow it to crackle.
Step 3
To that add julienne onion and saute until they turn golden brown
Step 4
Then add salt, haldi and mix well
Step 5
Once mixed, add red chilly powder, little water and saute well
Step 6
When the raw spices smell goes off, add julienne potatoes and mix well
Step 7
Clover & cook well
Step 8
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves
Step 9
Serve hot
