- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1.5 Tsp Oil

Method
Preparation
Step 1
In a pan add oil, rai, jeera, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, tomatoes and saute well
Step 2
Add diced brinjal, salt, haldi, red chilly powder, dry mango powder, black pepper
Step 3
powder, kadi pata and water to cook
Step 4
Close with lid and allow to cook
Step 5
Add boiled diced potato, saute well and add coriander leaves
Step 6
Add water, groundnut powder, mix well and cover with lid till cooked
Step 7
Add salt and mix well
Step 8
Serve hot
