- 1/4 Tsp Jeera
- 1/4 Powder Tsp Red Chilli
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/8 Tsp Tamarind
- 1/8 Tsp Haldi
- 1/8 Tsp Hing
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, dad peanut powder, grated coconut, jaggery powder, garam masala, red chilly powder, haldi, salt, tamarind paste, water and mix well.
Step 2
Slice bitter gourd, fill in the stuffing
Step 3
In a pan, add oil, jeera, hing, bitter gourd and over and cook
Step 4
Serve hot
