- 2 Chopped Tbsp Cauliflower
- 2 Chopped Tbsp Onion, big
- 2 Boiled Tbsp Fresh Peas
- 2 Chopped Tbsp French Beans
- 2 Chopped Tbsp Orange Carrot
- 1/2 Chopped Tsp Red Chilli
- 1 Chopped Tsp Green Chilli
- 4 Number Green Elaichi
- 4 Number Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Number Bay Leaf
- 4 Number Cloves
- 1/2 Tsp Jeera
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 125 ml Water

Cook rice and keep ready

Heat oil in a kadhai, add bay leaves, cloves, black pepper, jeera, green elaichi, chopped red chilli and saute well
Step 2
Once mixed, add chopped green chilli, onions, french beans, carrot, cauliflower, boiled peas, ginger garlic paste, salt and saute well
Step 3
Cover and allow to cook and add cooked rice
Step 4
Mix well and cook again
Step 5
Serve hot
