- 2 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
- 5 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin (Jeera)
- 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- As Required Water
For Besan Pakoda
- 4 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/8 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
For Pakora
Step 1
Take a bowl add besan, salt, ajwain, red chilly powder, haldi, add water as required to make a paste and mix well
Step 2
Take a pan and add oil for frying
Step 3
Make small pakoda and fry
For Kadhi
Step 1
Take a bowl and add besan, curd, haldi and add water to make a paste
Step 2
Take a pan and add ghee, rai, jeera, add 5 kadi patta, hing and add prepared besan paste
Step 3
Mix well and add water as required
Step 4
Add chopped coriander leaves and add pakoda
Step 5
Serve hot
