- 1/4 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Preparation
Step 1
In a pan, heat oil, jeera, chopped green chilies, hing, chopped onion, chopped tomato, haldi, dhania powder, salt, drumstick, water as required, and saute it well. Cover and cook till the drumsticks are done
Step 2
Then add boiled and diced potato, mix it and add chopped coriander leaves
Step 3
Serve hot with chapatis or rice
