- 1/8 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1 Tsp Chopped Yellow Capsicum
- 1 Tsp Chopped Onion
- 1 Tsp Chopped Red Capsicum
- 1 Tsp Chopped Tomato
- 1.5 No. Cheese Slice
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil

Step 1
Make puree of chopped palak

Take a mixing bowl and break an egg, add spinach puree, green chilli paste, black pepper, salt and whisk it
Step 2
Take a frying pan, heat oil and pour the egg mixture and spread evenly across the pan
Step 3
Add cheese slice, chopped red capsicum, chopped yellow capsicum, chopped onion and chopped tomato in the center of the pan.
Step 4
Allow it to cook, fold from one side, flip and cook on the other side as well
Step 5
Serve fresh and hot
