- 1/4 Chopped Cup Onion, big
- 1/4 Powder Tsp Red Chilli
- 1/4 Grated Tsp Ginger
- 1/4 Grated Tsp Garlic
- 1/4 Chopped Tsp Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Rai
- 1/4 Tsp Haldi
- 1/8 Tsp Hing
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 200 ml Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add horse gram dal flour and water, mix well
Step 2
Next in a kadhai, heat oil
Step 3
Add mustard seeds and let it crackle
Step 4
Then add grated ginger, grated garlic and green chilli paste
Step 5
Add asafoetida and chopped onion, saute well
Step 6
Next add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and mix well
Step 7
Add the prepared horse gram mixture and water and stir
Step 8
Season with salt and a garnish of chopped coriander leaves
