- 100 Gm Mutton Chop
- 1.5 Tbsp Curd
- 1/2 Cup Julienne Onion
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Tomato
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 3 No. Cloves
- 1/2 Stick Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil

Pre Preparation
Step 1
Make tomato puree of chopped tomatoes with salt

Step 1
In a heated pan add oil, cloves, green elaichi, black pepper, cinnamon stick, julienne onion and ginger garlic paste and saute well
Step 2
Add goat leg pieces, haldi, red chilly powder, dhania powder, lemon juice and mix well
Step 3
Add green chilli paste add prepared tomato puree and mix well
Step 4
Cook for a few minutes and add garam masala, chopped pudina and curd
Step 5
Mix well and allow to cook. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Step 6
Serve hot
