- 1/4 Powder Tsp Red Chilli
- 1/4 Tsp Haldi
- 1/8 Tsp Hing
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Ghee
- 4 Tsp Oil
- 10 ml Water
Method
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, add wheat flour, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, asafoetida, salt, oil and mix all the ingredients well
Step 2
Add water as required and knead it into a soft dough
Step 3
Take a lemon sized ball and roll the dough into a round shape
Step 4
On a heated pan, roast the khakra evenly on both the sides using clarified butter
