Preparation
Step 1
Heat kadhai on low flame, add oil, black pepper, chopped garlic, chopped ginger & mix well
Step 2
Now add chopped onion, salt & mix well
Step 3
Then add chopped cauliflower, saute well
Step 4
Add water, cover and cook for 5 minutes & blend until smooth
Step 5
Serve hot with your meal
