- 2 No. Papad
- 1 Tbsp Jaggery Powder
- 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Pre Preparation
Step 1
Make small pieces of papad

Soak methi seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Heat kadhai, add oil, jeera, hing and stir well
Step 2
Then add soaked methi seeds, red chilly powder, ajwain, haldi, dhania powder, salt & mix well
Step 3
Add jaggery powder, water, small pieces papad & mix well
Step 4
Add chopped coriander leaves, kasuri methi & cook for 3 minutes
Step 5
Serve hot
