- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Clarified Butter
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a kadhai, heat clarified butter and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, black pepper powder and mix well
Step 2
Add chopped tomato and saute well
Step 3
Then add tamarind pulp, rasam masala, salt and mix well
Step 4
Add water and mix again
Step 5
Finally add chopped coriander leaves
Step 6
Serve hot
