For Chicken Tikka Marination
- 4 No. Chicken, Breast
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 Tsp Oil
For Chicken Tikka Pizza
- 1 No. Pizza Bread
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Capsicum
- 1/8 Cup Diced Onion
- 1/8 Cup Chopped Tomato
- 1.5 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1.5 Tbsp Grated Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/4 Tsp Oregano
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder and roast it with oil
For Pizza
Step 1
Take a pizza base and spread pizza sauce on it
Step 2
Add capsicum, tomato, boiled sweet corn, onion, roasted chicken tikka, cheese, red chilli flakes and oregano
Step 3
Place the pizza in a pan, cover and allow it to cook until the base is slightly roasted
Step 4
Serve hot chicken tikka pizza
