- 1.5 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Butter
- As Required Water
For Rice
- 1/2 Tsp Rice
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice
Step 2
Mix corn flour and water to make slurry
For soup
Step 1
In a pan, heat olive oil and butter
Step 2
Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, shredded chicken and saute it
Step 3
Add salt, water, cornflour paste, soya sauce, vinegar and mix
Step 4
Now add the cooked rice and allow the soup to boil
Step 5
Serve the piping hot chicken rice soup
