- 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1 No. Bay Leaf
- 1/2 No. Star Anise
- 1/4 Tsp Chole Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
