- 1 Raw Egg
- 1 Tbsp Grated Cheese
- 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, take egg, add chopped onion,chopped tomato, chopped coriander leaves
Step 2
Add some spices like black pepper powder, salt, chopped green chilli, haldi, red chilly powder, dhania powder, jeera powder and beat this mixture well
Step 3
Now add grated cheese and mix gently
Step 4
In a pan add oil and pour in the omelette mixture, and let it cook for some time
Step 5
Gently flip the omelette and cook from the other side too
Step 6
Serve hot
