- 1 Cup Cow Milk
- 5 No. Almond (Badam)
- 5 No. Cashewnut (Kaju)
- 4 No. Pistachio (Pista)
- 4 Strand Saffron (Kesar)
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
Method
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a pan at a low flame, pour in milk and sugar
Step 2
Mix and allow it to boil
Step 3
Take a blender and add sliced almonds, sliced cashew nuts, sliced pista, few strands of saffron, green elaichi powder and sugar
Step 4
Grind it to obtain a fine mixture
Step 5
Add the mixture in the boiling milk, mix and allow it to boil for a few more minutes
Step 6
Serve hot
