- 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur)
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1 Tsp Oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, add curd and beat it
Step 2
Add chopped pudina, chopped pineapple, dry mango powder and mix well and keep aside
Step 3
In a pan, heat oil, add jeera and allow it to crackle
Step 4
In the bowl of curd add the tadka and mix well
Step 5
Serve with any dish of your choice
