In a mixing bowl, add the previously mashed chana, chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, grated ginger, mashed potato and salt and mash and mix properly with hand

Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, shape the batter to make raw kebabs, coat them with bread crumbs and keep aside
Step 3
In a frying pan, heat oil on a low flame and shallow fry the kebabs on both sides till crispy and golden brown
Step 4
Serve hot
