- 2 Tbsp Grated Cheese
- 1/8 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/8 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, add besan, salt, haldi, red chilly powder, dhania powder, ajwain and water
Step 2
to make a smooth batter and mix well to avoid lumps.
Step 3
Now, in a frying pan. heat oil, pour the batter and roast on both sides
Step 4
Add grated cheese on top
Step 5
Allow the cheese to melt

Serve hot
