Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Potato(Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup French Beans(Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Onion(Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Tomato(Chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic(Chopped)
- 1/4 Tsp Ginger(Grated)
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a heated pan add oil, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, grated ginger, chopped onion, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt, chopped beans and chopped potato
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients well and add water as required
Step 3
Cover and cook till everything is cooked
Step 4
Serve hot with roti or rice
