- 1/8 Cup Boiled Mashed Potato
- 1 Tsp Chopped Onion
- 1 Tsp Pomegranate
- 1 Tsp Masala Peanuts
- 1/2 Tsp Dabeli Masala
- 1 Tsp Sev
- 1 Tsp Butter
- 1/2 Tsp Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Tamarind
- 1/2 Tsp Jaggery Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
In a pan, add tamarind pulp, jaggery powder, salt, water, boil and keep stirring till it thickens
For Dabeli Stuffing
Step 1
In a pan, add oil, boiled potato, dabeli masala, mix well and cook for 23 min
For Filling
Step 1
Take pav, slit it horizontally
Step 2
Spread sweet tamarind chutney, add stuffing, chopped onion, masala peanut, anar seeds in between the two halves
Step 3
Repeat the step of topping
For roasting
Step 1
Heat pan, add butter, place stuffed dabeli and roast it on both sides till crispy
Step 2
Serve hot
