- 1 Tsp Pigeoon Pea (Tur) Dal
- 1 Tsp Sambhar Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard (Rai) Seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Cook tur dal and keep ready

In a pan, oil and add add rai, kadi patta, hing and mix well
Step 2
Add chopped onion, tomato, french beans, bottle gourd, pumpkin and potato
Step 3
Spice it with salt, red chilly powder, haldi powder, sambhar powder and mix well
Step 4
Add water, cooked dal and mix all ingredients well
Step 5
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and server hot
