Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add oats flour, grated carrot, semolina, green chilly paste, salt and water as required
Step 2
Mix well. Keep aside
Step 3
In a pan, heat oil, spread the mixture
Step 4
Allow to cook, flip and cook on both sides
Step 5
Serve hot as a snack or meal
