- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 3 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Soak chole overnight, boil and keep aside

In a mixing bowl, add the previously boiled chole, chopped garlic, grated beetroot, salt, jeera powder, dry mango powder and mash and mix properly with hand

Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, roll this batter into cylindrical shaped fingers and coat them with bread crumbs
Step 3
in a frying pan, heat oil on a low flame and shallow fry the fingers on both sides till crispy and golden brown
Step 4
Serve hot
