- 1 Tbsp Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
- 1/3 Cup Boiled Sweet Potato
- 1 No. Burger Bun
- 1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
- 2 Slices Tomato
- 2 Slices Onion
- 1 No. Lettuce
- 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera)
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 Tsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, add boiled chopped sweet potato, mashed paneer, green chilli paste, jeera powder, lemon juice, salt and mix well
Step 2
Make tikki from the prepared mixture and coat it with bread crumbs
Step 3
Heat oil and shallow fry tikki until golden brown
Step 4
Place bun, cut horizontally into half
Step 5
Apply tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, place lettuce, onion slices, tomato slices and the fried tikki
Step 6
Serve a fresh prepared burger
