Method
For besan mixture
Step 1
Take 1 tbsp besan in a bowl and little water to make a paste. Keep it aside
Step 2
In a kadai, heat 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and the prepared besan paste
Step 3
Add enough water to cook the besan
Step 4
Stir it well to avoid any lumps
Step 5
Cook to thicken the besan mixture
Step 6
Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
For Besan Toast
Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in the pan
Step 2
Dip bread in the besan mixture
Step 3
Place bread in the pan
Step 4
Fry till golden brown
Step 5
Serve it hot
