- 4 Tbsp Flattened Rice (Poha)
- 5 Tsp Onion (Chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli (Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Coriander (Chopped)
- 6 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1/8 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Heat oil in a frying pan, add rai and jeera
Once the rai and jeera start crackling, add onion and sauté
Once the onions start to soften add Kadi patta, green chilli, haldi, salt and soaked poha
Mix and add coriander leaves
Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with lemon and coriander
Serve fresh and hot
