- 3 Tbsp Sweet Corn
- 2 Tbsp Grated Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- For Frying Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Grate cheese and keep aside
Besan Mixture
Step 1
Add besan, salt, haldi, ajwain, a little water, mix it properly to avoid any lumps
Step 2
Add red chilly powder, sweet corn, grated cheese and mix well
For Deep Frying
Step 1
Heat oil in a deep frying pan
Step 2
Add spoon fulls of the bhajiya mixture
Step 3
Deep fry evenly till it turns light brown and serve it hot
