Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Maize Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Ajwain
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Ghee
  • 40 ml Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, take maize flour, ajwain seeds, ghee, salt and make it into a soft dough with help of water

  • Step 2

    Now keep the dough aside for 2 min

  • Step 3

    Take a rolling pin and roll with help of wheat flour and make it into a small roti

  • Step 4

    Now heat a pan on a low flame, take the roti and roast it properly on both sides add ghee for roasting

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
