- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/4 Tsp Chopped Ginger
- 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Step 1
Sprout whole moong
For Curd Mixture
Step 1
Take curd, add besan, water and make a smooth mixture
Preparation
Step 1
In a kadhai , heat oil and add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, hing, chopped onions, sprouted whole moong, salt, haldi and the prepared curd mixture
Step 2
Stir continuously and add water and mix well
Step 3
Add chopped coriander leaves
Step 4
Serve hot along with your meal
