- 1.5 Tbsp Besan
- 2 Chopped Tsp Tomato
- 1/2 Chopped Tsp Green Capsicum
- 2 Grated Tsp Red Carrot
- 1/2 Chopped Tsp Green Chilli
- 1/8 Tsp Ajwain
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 50 ml Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add bengal gram flour, chopped green chilli and chopped tomato
Step 2
Add chopped capsicum and grated carrot, and mix well
Step 3
Add carom seeds and salt
Step 4
Add sufficient water and mix well
Step 5
Pour the prepared mixture into a heated tawa and spread
Step 6
Add oil to fry and flip
Step 7
Serve hot
