- 1/2 Shredded Cup Chicken, Poultry, Breast, Skinless
- 2.5 Tbsp Rice
- 1 Tbsp Curd
- 1/4 Chopped Cup Onion, big
- 1 Chopped Tsp Ginger
- 1 Chopped Tsp Garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 3 Number Black Pepper
- 1 Number Cloves
- 1 Number Star Anise
- 1 Number Bay Leaf
- 1 Number Green Elaichi
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Oil
- 100 ml Water

In a pan, heat oil add black pepper, clove, star anise, 1 green elaichi, bay leaf, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, salt and give it a stir
Step 2
Add chicken, garam masala, curd, stir and cook it well till the chicken is done
Step 3
Add the cooked rice, mix it well and let it cook
Step 4
Serve hot
