  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • As Required Water

  • Step 1

    Soak 2.5 tbsp Dalia

  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl add soaked dalia,1/2 cup boiled diced potato,1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp amchur powder, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder,1/4 tsp salt and mix well.

  • Step 2

    Shape into cutlets.

  • Step 3

    Take a pan and add oil and shallow fry the cutlets on both the sides.

  • Step 4

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
