- 1 Number Pizza Bread
- 2 Tbsp Sweet Corn
- 1/4 Diced Cup Yellow Capsicum
- 1/4 Diced Cup Red Capsicum
- 1/4 Diced Cup Green Capsicum
- 1/4 Diced Cup Tomato
- 1 Grated Tbsp Cheese, NFS
- 1 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Oregano
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Take sweet corn, boil it and keep aside
Step 2
Take a pizza base and spread pizza sauce evenly across the pizza base
Step 3
Put across the sauce laden base diced capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, tomato, boiled corn and grated cheese
Step 4
Sprinkle red chili flakes, oregano and heat a nonstick frying pan at low flame
Step 5
Put the pizza, cover and cook until the cheese melts slightly
Step 6
Serve hot
