- 1 Tsp Oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a kadhai, heat oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, haldi, chopped onion, chopped tomato, and saute well
Step 2
Now add chopped french beans, chopped carrot, and mix well
Step 3
Add water, red chilly powder, salt, close the lid and cook well
Step 4
Add hing and coriander leaves on top
Step 5
Serve hot
