Ingredients
- 4 No. Cauliflower Florets
- 2 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- For Frying Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Preparation
Step 1
Add besan, salt, haldi, ajwain, and little water, mix it properly to avoid any lumps
Step 2
Add red chilly powder, cauliflower florets, and mix them well
Step 3
in a deep frying pan, heat oil, florets dipped in the besan mixture
Step 4
Deep fry evenly till it turns light brown
Step 5
Serve it hot with ketchup
