- 2 Chopped Tbsp Cauliflower
- 2 Chopped Tbsp Onion, big
- 2 Boiled Tbsp Fresh Peas
- 2 Chopped Tbsp French Beans
- 2 Chopped Tbsp Orange Carrot
- 1/2 Chopped Tsp Red Chilli
- 1 Chopped Tsp Green Chilli
- 4 Number Green Elaichi
- 4 Number Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Number Bay Leaf
- 4 Number Cloves
- 1/2 Tsp Jeera
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Cup Water
For Curd without Sugar - Cow Milk
- 100 g Curd
Method

Cook rice

Take a kadhai and heat oil in it
Step 2
Add bay leaves, cloves, black pepper corns, cumin seeds, green cardamom, chopped red chilly and saute well
Step 3
Once mixed, add chopped green chilli, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, chopped peas, chopped french beans, chopped carrot, chopped cauliflower, salt and mix well
Step 4
Cover and allow to cook
Step 5
When the vegetables are cooked, add the cooked rice
Step 6
Cover and cook again
Step 7
Serve hot with curd
