  • 1/2 Cup Whipped Cream
  • 3/4 Cup Diced Mango
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Mango
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Walnut
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Almond

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Blend diced mango into puree

Preparation

    Whip whipping cream until it develops soft peaks

  • Step 2

    Gradually add powdered sugar

  • Step 3

    Then, add mango puree & beat until it forms soft peaks

  • Step 4

    Add each of chopped almond, walnuts and chopped mango

  • Step 5

    Fold it into the prepared mixture until it all combines well

  • Step 6

    Transfer into a container and freeze for 56 hours

  • Step 7

    Nutty mango ice cream is ready to serve
