  • 1/8 Cup Boiled Fresh Peas
  • 1.5 Tbsp Grated Fresh Coconut
  • 1/8 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Gram Dal (Urad)
  • 1/4 Tsp Bengal Gram Dal (Chana)
  • 5 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan, heat oil, add rai, urad dal, chana dal, kadi patta leaves, and saute well

  • Step 2

    Add julienne cabbage, chopped green chili, grated ginger, water, salt, and cover, and allow to cook

  • Step 3

    Add grated coconut and saute well

  • Step 4

    Now add boiled peas and mix well

  • Step 5

    Serve with Rotis
