- 2 Tbsp Boiled Mashed Potato
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Green Cabbage
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Green Capsicum
- 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Grated Red Carrot
- 1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Oil

Preparation
Step 1
Take a mixing bowl and add boiled, mashed potato, grated carrot, chopped cabbage, capsicum, onion, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and bread crumbs
Step 2
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make fingershaped raw cutlets, coat them in bread crumbs and keep aside
Step 3
Heat oil on a low flame in a frying pan
Step 4
Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown
Step 5
Serve hot
