- 1/4 Cup Diced Orange Carrot
- 1/4 Cup Diced Green Capsicum
- 1/4 Cup Diced Onion
- 1 No. Bay Leaf
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a pan, heat oil
Step 2
Add diced onion, green capsicum, diced carrot and saute
Step 3
Add bay leaf, salt, pepper and mix well
Step 4
Add water, stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes
Step 5
Put off the heat and puree the mixture with a blender
Step 6
Serve hot
