- 3 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Peas
- 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 4 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1.5 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
In a kadhai and heat oil, jeera, kadi pattas, hing, chopped onion, chopped tomato, gingergarlic paste, red chilly powder, haldi, dhania powder, garam masala, salt, peas, and mix well
Step 2
Add little water, cover, and let it simmer
Step 3
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Step 4
Serve hot with chapatti
