- 1 Tsp Jaggery Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 4 No. Black Pepper

In a pan cup of water, tulsi leaves, black pepper, fennel seeds, ajwain, jaggery powder and bring all the ingredients to boil for 5 mins
