  • 100 Gm Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Butter

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, add chicken breast and make deep slits

  • Step 2

    Add red chilli powder, dhania powder, dry mango powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, haldi, lemon juice, salt and ginger garlic paste

  • Step 3

    Mix well and keep aside to marinate

  • Step 4

    Take a toaster, brush the chicken with butter and grill on both sides

  • Step 5

    Serve hot with chutney
