  • 1 Tbsp Quinoa
  • 1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Potato
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Green Cabbage
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

  • Step 1

    Cook quinoa

    In a bowl, add chopped onion, chopped cabbage, grated garlic, jeera powder, red chilly powder and salt

  • Step 2

    Add the cooked quinoa, boiled and mashed potato and mix all the ingredients well

  • Step 3

    Shape a tikki and coat with bread crumbs

  • Step 4

    Shallow fry with oil, until it turns golden brown on all sides

  • Step 5

    Quinoa cabbage patty is ready to serve
