- 1 Number Pizza Bread
- 1/8 Diced Cup Red Capsicum
- 1/8 Diced Cup Yellow Capsicum
- 1/8 Diced Cup Green Capsicum
- 2.5 Grated Tbsp Cheese, NFS
- 2 Chopped Tbsp Tomato
- 2 Chopped Tbsp Onion, big
- 1 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Boiled Tbsp Sweet Corn

Preparation
Step 1
Take a pizza base, spread pizza sauce and mayonnaise evenly across the pizza base
Step 2
Top it with diced red capsicum, diced yellow capsicum, diced green capsicum, chopped tomato, chopped onion and boiled sweet corn
Step 3
Grate cheese on top and bake for 15 min at 200 degrees celsius
Step 4
Garnish with red chilli flakes & oregano
Step 5
Serve hot
